The Center for Health Care Services Foundation continues to make a significant impact and remains committed to our mission to foster and promote mental health.
We support our community by providing mental health awareness training sessions to educators, community members, and military affiliates.
The mission of The Center for Health Care Services Foundation is to
improve the lives of children and adults with behavioral health challenges or intellectual disabilities by securing
resources that create awareness and advance the goals of The Center For Health Care Services.
Graciela A. Cigarroa
Graciela A. Cigarroa joined the Board of Directors of The Center for Health Care Services in 2015, and currently serves as Secretary. She was nominated by the University Health System Board of Managers.
Jane H. Macon
Jane Macon focuses her practice on public finance and administrative law, public and private partnerships, real estate, civil litigation, zoning, planting, condemnation, and municipal bonds. From 1977-1983, Jane served as City Attorney for of the City of San Antonio. Jane was the first woman to hold this position. She was appointed by President Clinton to serve on the Selective Service Appeal Board since 2000. Jane currently serves as chair of Siebert Financial Corporation.
Gavino Ramos
Gavino Ramos currently serves as the Vice President of Communications, External Affairs & Conservation for the San Antonio Water System (SAWS). In this role, Mr. Ramos reports directly to the organization’s President/Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of developing, implementing, and administering SAWS’ award-winning Communications and External Affairs programs which include the areas of public relations, social media, local governmental affairs, internal and external communications, as well as community and educational outreach. Kathryn E. Keaton
Kathryn E. Keeton, Ph.D. currently serves as Executive Director of the Center for Professional Excellence in the College of Business and as an Associate Professor in the Management Department. Recognized in 2020 as a 40 under 40 honoree and in 2017 for the San Antonio Business Journal Women Leadership award, Keeton is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of an organizational development consulting firm, Minerva Works Solutions. She is also a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas and her specialties include executive coaching, leadership, team development and entrepreneurship. She has authored and co-authored research publications on topics related to innovation, team development, employee engagement and leadership training. Keeton is a member of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologists (SIOP), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
Judith Zimmerman
Judy has been with RVK Architects since 1986 when she graduated from college. She became a Principal of the firm in 1998 and was appointed President in 2018. She has managed the business operations since 2005. As a certified trainer for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace, her deep passion to lead others to financial well-being is evident. She enjoys working with her hands quilting and knitting as well as playing in a handbell choir. Her current community involvement includes Christian Assistance Ministries (CAM) – Board member, University of Incarnate Word – Advisory Board, Riverside Community Church – Pastor’s Council, Children’s Shelter – Volunteer to name a few.
Mark Wittig
Mark serves as the President of Wittigs Office Interiors. Wittig's has been operating in San Antonio since 1951 and Houston since 2013. In the office environment, our space and our people go a long way to our success. He is in the business of creating inspiring spaces that can enrich lives and businesses. There is nothing accidental about a great society therefore I am called to make a difference in our community. Enhancing literacy on the Eastside of San Antonio is Mark's top community endeavor. Mark is the proud member of the Honorary AIA San Antonio Benicia Humanitarian Award, the Archdiocese of San Antonio Education Hall of Fame Award and The Inaugural Jo Long Award.
Sarah Magill-McLornan
Sarah is a licensed master-level social worker (LMSW) who worked for both mayors Julian Castro and Ron Nirenberg on constituent services, policy, and public relations. Previous to that, she served as Foster Care Case Manager, and then Director of Adoptions for Baptist Child and Family Services (BCFS). Sarah has served on the Carver Community Cultural Center board, and as a CASA advocate. Sarah is a graduate of Jefferson High School in San Antonio, Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, and the University of Texas at Austin. She and her husband Paul are proud parents of James, age 7.
Dr. Keely Holland Petty
Dr. Keely Holland Petty is best known as the Mother Teresa in her community. Since 2006 she has been the Program Director for Bethel Community Development Corporation, Inc. She is responsible for providing daily oversight of local, state, private donors, and federal grants. She is a prolific international conference speaker, author, and empowerment specialist. She is the founder of Kick Start Your Life™ with Dr. Keely! She provides Wellness Coaching, Counseling, and Consulting that combines faith and principles of psychology. Dr. Petty also works with several AIDS service organizations such as BEATAIDS, South Texas AIDS Network, Texas Black Women Initiative HIV/AIDS, Worth Life, Churches HIV Intervention Prevention Program, and Faith in Action.
Marques Mitchell
Marques, a graduate from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science Business brings 20 years of collective experience working in real estate, economic development, architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Skilled in leadership, strategic negotiations, business planning, operations management, sales, and market research, he is currently Director of Strategic Growth and Development for Turner Construction Company. Prior to this Marques served as Director of Planning and Development for Brooks City Base where he oversaw more than $350+ million in development projects on Brooks’ emerging 1,300+ acre campus including hotels, residential options, retail, commercial, industrial, educational facilities, and an urban linear park.
