In the Mental Health First Aid course\, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns\, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations\, and where to turn for help. \nPlease note: All participants will need to complete a 2-hour self-paced online webinar\, and then participate in a 4-hour\, instructor-led videoconferencing. If pre-work is not completed prior to the scheduled session\, the participant will be withdrawn and will need to reschedule.  \nTopics Covered: \nDepression and mood disorders \n\nAnxiety disorders\nTrauma\nPsychosis\nSubstance Use disorders
