Nisi Bennett is a multi-talented professional who exercises competencies in process improvement, social media expertise and nursing.Her strengths in benchmarking, execution and accountability measurement combined with her proven capability to enhance the bottom line enable her to tackle any challenge with confidence. Bennett has spent the last 13 years in a variety of nursing roles. It was in her role as a civilian nurse for the Department of the Army, that uncovered her talents for streamlined organization, effective process management, integrated healthcare and population health care access development. In 2010, Bennett accomplished this goal and received her Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma while participating in the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accreditation at Joint Base Meyer-Henderson Hall in Arlington Virginia in 2011. Bennett then offered her creative expertise and talents as a Market Social Media Manager volunteer with the American Heart Association in Washington DC. This ignited yet a new untapped passion and love affair with all things social media, web design and mobile apps. With over 200 mobile apps on her phone, Nisi believes there is an app for everything. Forever seeking new challenges, Bennett moved to San Antonio in pursuit of a more tranquil lifestyle. Nisi now blends her collective talents into one as the Special Initiatives Account Manager for The Center of Health Care Services (CHCS), the local mental health authority in San Antonio. In this roll, Nisi oversees multi-million dollar integrated care grants, assists with the program management on select technical grants, provides digital marketing management and manages the Mental Health and You (MHU) mobile app; a free mobile app available in IOS and Android app stores, providing local mental and behavioral health resources from various partners in communities across the country.

Karen Coleman is the Mental Health First Aid Outreach Specialist at The Center for Health Care Services Foundation, where her main goal is to increase awareness about the community benefits of Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA). Leading a team of MHFA instructors drives her passion for growing new mental health awareness advocates.
Karen is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where she earned her Masters of Arts in Counseling & Guidance and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Prairie View A&M University. She brings over 16 years of innovative business development experience to every project. Karen is a dynamic problem solver with demonstrated leadership abilities.
